11AM SUNDAY MASS
Children’s Liturgy
The Children’s Liturgy takes place throughout the school year, in the Warren Room, during the 11:00 o’clock Sunday Mass. All children JK to grade 3 are welcome to join us for children’s gospel, fun activities, and song. We learn about Saints, the Stations of the Cross, the Rosary, and many celebrations.
Please note:
- At the Brant Street entrance there is a weekly Children’s Bulletin and crayons for the younger children to color during mass.
- The Children’s Bulletin also offers take-home activities for those older than the program is offered.
- Parishioners and family members are welcome to join us as a volunteer. Students grade 8 and above that would like to assist are also welcomed.
For more information on the Children’s Liturgy, or to become a volunteer, please contact Anne Marie Buttenham at 905-317-3539 or childrensliturgystjohns@gmail.com

Children’s Liturgy for the Young Ones
Miss Heidi hosts this weekly series teaching about the readings from Scripture, liturgical music, movement, and visuals to help bring the Word of God to life for His children. Special thanks to John Burland and Pflaum Publishing Group for the use of their music and Children Celebrate resources.

The Kids’ Bulletins are a resource for Catholic kids who would like to have some fun while learning about the readings from the Sunday Mass every week. (Ordinary Form) They are made by a mom in Canada who is happy to share them with anyone who can use them to help learn or teach about the truth and beauty of the Faith.
